About the Role:
We are seeking a NC Structural Licensed Pest Control Lead Technician to join our team at Mosquito Hunters of Charlotte in Mooresville, NC. As a lead, you will play a crucial role in providing effective pest control solutions to our clients while leading a team of technicians.


Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of pest control technicians
  • Perform structural pest control services in accordance with state regulations
  • Communicate with clients to assess and address their pest control needs
  • Train and mentor new technicians
  • Ensure compliance with safety and pest control regulations
Requirements:
  • NC Structural Pest Control License
  • Previous experience in pest control 
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
