- Base pay: $18 – $22 per hour (based on experience)
- Sales Commission: $100 for every new customer acquired | $50 for every upsell to an existing customer
- All Pesticide Applicator License certification costs covered by employer

- Perform professional pest and mosquito control treatments using a backpack sprayer across residential and commercial properties
- Conduct thorough property inspections, identify pest infestations, and implement targeted treatment plans
- Apply pesticides and treatments with precision in full compliance with Texas state pesticide application laws and company policies
- Provide customers with clear preventative recommendations following each service
- Text customers in advance of arrival and maintain professional, courteous communication throughout each visit
- Confidently answer frequently asked customer questions about treatments, safety, and pest prevention
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction from arrival to completion of each service
- Identify and present upsell opportunities for additional treatments or services to existing customers ($50 commission per upsell)
- Actively promote Pest Hunters services and refer new customers to grow our client base ($100 commission per new customer acquired)
- Support the expansion of our service footprint across Central Austin, Round Rock, and Pflugerville
- Maintain, clean, and inspect all equipment after each shift to ensure safe and effective operation
- Follow all company safety protocols and state regulatory requirements at all times
- Complete all Pest Hunters required training and state-mandated certifications
- Must be 25 years of age or older (required for commercial auto insurance purposes)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to carry and operate a 60 – 65 lb backpack sprayer for extended periods
- Ability to work independently and manage daily routes effectively
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Honest, trustworthy, and dependable — these are non-negotiable
- Valid Texas Pesticide Applicator License (employer will cover cost if not yet obtained)
- Prior pest control or mosquito control field experience
- Termite specialization or certification
- Experience in a customer-facing, route-based service role
- 8 or 10 hour shifts
- Monday – Friday (primary)
- Weekends as needed
- Start time: 7:30 – 8:30 AM
- 2 – 3 days per week
