Holiday Lighting Installation Technician (Temporary: Nov 15–Dec 15)

Humbug Holiday Lighting is seeking temporary Holiday Lighting Installation Technicians for the 2025 season.
This is a short-term position running November 15th through December 15th, with future full-time opportunities for top performers.

This is a physically demanding role that requires working on roofs up to 3 stories. Roofing or similar experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and remove holiday lighting on residential and commercial properties
Work safely on roofs (1st, 2nd, and 3rd story) using ladders and proper safety equipment
Operate ladders up to 40 ft and standard hand tools
Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
Work efficiently as part of a fast-paced installation team
Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements (All Required to Apply)

Comfortable and confident working on roofs up to 3 stories
Roofing, gutter, construction, siding, window cleaning, or tree-work experience highly preferred
Must be 21 or older
Valid driver’s license
Clean driving record
Clean criminal background
Reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather
Ability to work 5–6 days per week, including some weekends
Willing to work the full temporary season (Nov 15–Dec 15)

Compensation

$25+ per hour (depending on experience)
Full-time hours available during the temporary season
Outstanding short-term earning potential in just 4 weeks
