About the Role:
Join Pest Hunters - Mosquito Hunters & Humbug Holiday Lighting team as a Sales Associate. We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate with 1–2 years of sales experience. Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to promote and sell mosquito control and holiday/permanent lighting services.
- Conduct assessments of customer properties and recommend tailored pest control & lighting solutions.
- Manage sales leads and follow up with potential clients to close sales effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to educate clients.
- Participate in marketing initiatives and community events to promote services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- 1–2 years sales experience sales experience, preferably in pest control or home services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record in sales.
- Basic knowledge of pest control practices and holiday lighting solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers achieve their goals.
