Pest Control Technician – Full-Time
Compensation: $40,000–$50,000+/year depending on experience and licensing, plus commission on upsells
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays during peak season

Job Summary
We're seeking a Pest Control Technician who excels working on their own, likes to be outdoors, is committed to ensuring customer happiness, is passionate about building relationships, and takes immense pride in a job well done.
As a Pest Hunters Technician, you'll be the friendly face our clients trust. Your day will include:
- Perform residential and commercial pest control treatments
- Inspect properties, identify pest issues, and recommend solutions
- Apply treatments in accordance with national and NJ regulations and best practices
- Document work accurately in our field service software
- Build trust with homeowners and business owners
- Educate customers on prevention and long-term solutions
- Deliver the kind of service that generates great reviews and referrals
- Identify opportunities to help neighboring properties
- Look for commercial accounts that could benefit from our services
- Contribute to growing our customer base through great work and smart outreach
- 1+ years pest control experience (residential or commercial)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Strong customer service skills — you represent us in people's homes and businesses
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Eye for detail and commitment to safety
- Valid NJ driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable, detail-oriented, takes pride in quality work
- NJ 7A (General Pest) and/or 7B (Termite) Pesticide Applicator License
- Note: If you have the experience but not the license yet, we can work with that
- Experience with ants, roaches, rodents, wildlife exclusion
- Commercial pest control background
- Experience in pest control, landscaping, construction, or maintenance
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own route
- A passion for doing quality work and taking ownership of results
