What You’ll Do
- Contact prospective customers to share the benefits of our services (phone, email, texting or in person)
- Manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities
- Provide accurate, timely quotes and follow up to close business
- Develop strong relationships with residential and commercial customers
- Represent Pest Hunters/Humbug Holiday Lighting with integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Prospect and cold-call potential customers

What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of sales experience (direct, door-to-door, phone, or service-based preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a passion for exceeding goals
- Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment
- Comfortable prospecting and cold-calling new customers and prospective customers to secure new business and upsell opportunities
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to learn about pest control and our services

- Experience in pest control, lawn care, home services, or customer-facing sales

Compensation: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per week
