Pest Control Technician (Lead Opportunity Available)

$23–$30/hr + bonuses, tips, and room to grow

We’re a local, veteran-owned, family-run company here in the Sioux Empire, and we’re looking for someone dependable who takes pride in doing things the right way. This isn’t just a “spray and go” job. You’ll be solving real problems for homeowners, building relationships, and becoming someone customers trust.

You don’t need to be perfect. You do need to show up, work hard, and care about doing a great job.

 This is a full-time role with consistent hours, with flexibility depending on season and schedule. 

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

  •  Treat residential  and business properties for mosquitoes, ants, spiders, and other pests 
  •  Walk properties, spot issues, and make smart decisions on treatments 
  •  Talk with customers in a way that builds trust (not just checks a box) 
  •  Run your route efficiently and take ownership of your day 
  •  Help train newer technicians as you grow into a lead role 
  •  Keep your equipment, vehicle, and materials organized and ready 
  • Supporting local marketing efforts by distributing yard signs or door hangers
  • You’re not just spraying yards. You’re helping families enjoy BBQs, birthdays, and summer evenings again.
What We’re Looking For

  •  Someone reliable who shows up and does what they say they’ll do 
  •  Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced, physical job 
  •  Strong communicator who can talk to customers like a real person 
  •  Problem solver who doesn’t need constant direction 
  •  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record 
Experience in pest control, lawn care, landscaping, construction, or another hands-on field is a big plus—but not required.

If you’ve got a good work ethic and the right attitude, we can teach you the rest.

 Full-time preferred, but we’re open to the right part-time candidate with a strong schedule and availability.
