What You’ll Do

- Support scheduling, billing, and service inquiries
- Deliver professional, empathetic communication that reflects our values
- Help coordinate service appointments and follow up with customers
- Perform administrative tasks and data entry accurately and efficiently
- Multi-tasking to assist technicians and customers meet all needs
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort with computers, email, and web-based tools
- Positive, patient, and detail-oriented attitude
- Strong time-management and multitasking skills
- Team player who enjoys connecting with people
- Can work consistently alone
- Must be at least 18 years old

- Experience in pest control, landscaping, construction, or maintenance
- Managed small teams or trained others in any setting
- Customer service or delivery driving experience (Uber, DoorDash, Amazon, etc.)
