- Inspecting properties for pest activity and conducive conditions
- Identifying common household and exterior pests
- Applying pest-control products according to labels, company procedures, and applicable regulations
- Treating standing-water and mosquito-breeding areas
- Providing exterior perimeter treatments
- Installing and servicing pest-control equipment and systems
- Documenting treatments and service activities
- Communicating findings and recommendations to customers
- Identifying opportunities for additional services
- Maintaining pest-control equipment and materials
- Maintaining required treatment and regulatory records
- Following all pesticide, PPE, environmental, and safety requirements
- Landscape lighting
- Architectural lighting
- Permanent roofline/accent lighting
- Holiday and Christmas lighting

- Maintaining clean and professional job sites
